My kitchen floor!

Just wanted to share one of my favorite sources for a cheap, quick flooring fix! Our galley kitchen needed a little update so I swapped out the old linoleum for some Armstrong Vinyl Tile.

It looks so much like marble and feels great under foot. And the best thing about it is that you just peel off the back and stick it down!

It’s called Armstrong Crescendo Marble Gray and you can get it here at Lowe’s!

We’ve got peel and stick tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms of our rental. The hall bath and kitchen were done by previous tenants, and we’ve noticed that unless the tiles are cut with laser precision to fit around appliances and moulding, they start to slide after a while.

When we did our master bath, my husband used a gray caulk that matched the “grout”, and caulked between each tile and along the floor boards. No slip! Perhaps something to consider if you notice the tiles shifting in the future.
